We create custom marketing teams to manage and implement marketing campaigns for a variety of clients through messaging, design, social, email, video production and other marketing initiatives. Position Description

Our growing agency is hiring a motivated and experienced Account Marketing Manager to develop innovative marketing strategies and oversee client projects. As an Account Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to execute vision and content strategy. This includes multi-channel development of content for social media and other digital campaigns, monitoring projects to ensure they meet deadlines, and evaluating each campaign for effectiveness.

This position is a perfect fit for someone who has been in the marketing space professionally for 3-5 years and is craving a collaborative team culture in this year-round position. Applicants should be self-starters who are passionate about using impactful words and innovative media to help our clients and their brands reach their full potential. Oh Yes headquarters is located in Gambrills, MD.

A Typical Work Week

  • Implementation of digital/content strategies
  • Meet with clients to establish project scope and oversee deliverable deadlines to ensure campaigns are on track
  • Create strategic marketing plans and copy that leverages search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) opportunities
  • Managing online marketing campaigns including monitoring the vital stats of each campaign, gathering data and results, making simple revisions to digital marketing strategies such as email designs and copy
  • Assist with building, executing, and managing social media marketing campaigns
  • Execute email drip campaigns for clients/manage lists
  • Create reports for campaigns to determine the strategies producing the best results
  • Support development of online marketing strategies, including emails, websites, video photography, copy, and design

Required Skills

  • 3 year minimum previous agency experience
  • Ability to write clearly, concisely and with correct grammar
  • Experience in marketing, journalism, public relations or a related digital marketing field
  • Experience with some of the following: content marketing, SEO, social media, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager
  • Prefer knowledge of WordPress
  • Prefer knowledge of MailChimp / email automation tools
  • Uses good judgment and works with integrity
  • Works independently and quickly
  • Ability to quickly change from one project to another
  • Adeptness with learning new apps and software
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to a top-notch client experience

Position Details & Benefits

  • 10-15 hours per week to start with room for growth in the company
  • Starting at $25 per hour, commensurate with experience
  • Hybrid Position (1-2 days on site per week)
  • Must be available during normal business hours (M-F, 9 AM – 4 PM)
